Quantity

Sucrose, Cicer Arietinum flour, Avena sativa flour, Olea Europaea Oil, Adansonia Digitata, Nelumbo nucifera seed pwder, Curcuma longa, Eucalyptus Citradoria Oil, Tocopherol.
Face scrub : Scoop 2 tsp. of the scrub into a dish & add 1 tsp of liquid. Apply to target areas on your clean face and start massaging in small gentle circular motions. Let the scrub sit for a while and rinse well with warm water. Repeat 2 to 3 times a week.

Body scrub : After showering, pat your skin dry a bit. Mix the scrub with water in a bowl. Rub in small gentle circular motions all over the body. Rinse well with warm water.

Use a dry spoon to scoop out the quantity to use. Avoid putting in water in the scrub. Conduct a patch test first to rule out any sensitivity.

Lovely Scrub!
I love this scrub! I used 2 heaping scoops of the scrub plus 2-3 drops of water to make it more paste like and that worked much better! It is a great pre-shave exfoliant on the legs! It is gentle too!

Love the gentle scrub!
I've tried a few Aromariss products and have enjoyed them all, but I particularly love the turmeric oatmeal scrub. It's natural, gentle and leaves my skin glowing. Definitely recommend!
