Welcome to Aromariss.  By purchasing something from our store, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in this document.

Online Purchases


We take care to ensure that all details displayed for an item are correct at the time when the information was entered onto the system. Whilst care is taken to ensure that we display as accurately as possible our products are handcrafted and thus may slightly differ from batches to batches. We cannot therefore guarantee that images are an accurate representation of the actual goods you are purchasing. Offers and promotions change often, and the offers are only available against products where and when stated. One promotional code can be used per order. We reserve the right to retract and/or change offers and promotions at our discretion. Discount codes cannot be applied after the order and payment have been received. On the rare occurrence we may not be able to accept your order due to the following reasons: 1. The item you have ordered is out of stock 2. The payment cannot be authorised or there are reasonable grounds to suspect your payment may be fraudulent 3. There is an error with the product description or pricing




Your Account


You may be required to register with the Site by creating an account. You have access and control over the account and are responsible for any activity that occurs through the account and any activity shall be deemed to have been done by you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You will ensure that all use of your account complies fully with the provisions of this User Agreement, without exception.




Shipping policy


Processing time: Orders take approximately 2-3 business days to process under normal conditions. We will notify you if there will be a delay. To avoid confusion and ensure a speedy delivery, please check your address and entire order carefully before you check out. But if you find an error after ordering that, contact us within 24 hours. We cannot guarantee any changes after 24 hours. Shipping within Canada: We use a variety of couriers. We provide a tracking number once your order is shipped. Regular mail shipment do not include liability coverage. If you wish to include coverage, kindly contact us before placing your order. We are happy to offer FREE shipping on orders in Canada over $100. Local Pick up : if you leave in the Ottawa/Gatineau area, we are happy to offer the option of local porch pick up in Orleans. We now offer free delivery in Ottawa for orders over $50. We deliver on Saturdays for orders placed by Thursday. We will send you an email with the details once your order is ready. US orders : We ship via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Your shipment should arrive within 4 to 7 days after it has been shipped. We provide a tracking number once your order is shipped. Buyer is responsible for any additional tax, duty fees or charges generated by importing to USA.​ ​​ International orders: At this time our website does not process orders outside of Canada and the US. Return & Exchange Policy


If you change your mind and want to cancel your order, please do so within 48 hours. We cannot guarantee any cancellations after 48 hours. In the unlikely event that a parcel arrives damaged or faulty we will immediately replace the goods, but you must either email at info@aromariss.com or call us at 819.412.1656, 7 days of receiving your order. However, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns of soaps and other body products. All other non-body care items can be returned for an alternative or a full refund if returned to us within 7 days of receiving your order and in perfect condition. The cost of returning the goods is the customer’s responsibility. Your card will be refunded on receipt of the goods. ​If we send the wrong product in error, we take full responsibility and will pay for return shipping and re-shipping of the correct order. ​Packages returned due to customer providing incorrect address will be reshipped at customer expense.

Payment terms


Prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, without the need to inform you.

The price of the products will be as stipulated at all times on our website, except in the case of an obvious error. Although we make every effort to ensure that the prices featured on the website are correct, error may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any of the products that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be considered cancelled, and all amounts paid will be reimbursed to you in full.

When you make a purchase on the site, you agree to provide a valid payment instrument. Please pay attention to the transaction details as the total price may include taxes, fees and shipping costs for which you are responsible.

When you provide us with a payment instrument, you are stating that you have permission to use that payment instrument. When you make a payment, you authorize us and the payment service provider we use, to charge the full amount to the payment instrument you have designated for the transaction. Aromariss does not store your financial details (Credit/Debit cards or Paypal) You also authorize us to collect and record that payment instrument and any other information related to the transaction.

If you pay by with debit or credit card, we may obtain a pre-authorization from the card issuer for up to the full amount of the transaction. If you choose to cancel a transaction before it is completed, the funds used for the pre-authorization may not be immediately available in your account.
