Essential Oil to Repel Mosquitoes & a DIY bug repellent balm

There is only one month left to summer 2021 but bug season goes all the way till end of September depending on the region.

Mosquitoes & bugs are important to maintain ecosystems and I try not to let the thought of pesky mosquitoes and black flies keep me from enjoying summer but let me just put it out there I hate mosquitoes, have hated them as long as I can remember.

If you are like me and are a mosquito magnet, you are probably tired of having itchy, bumpy skin and I want to keep them far, far away from your personal space.

Some essential oils have proven to be quite effective and helpful in repelling mosquitoes & bugs. They are a natural solution and can be used instead of commercial bug sprays.
